$85/h Support and Technical Services

Once it has been determined the connection is working subsequent support is charged at $85 per hour billed in 10 minute increments. Rainy Day Support will inform you once billable time begins to ensure you are in agreement.

When an on-site visit is required to repair service, Rainy Day is responsible up to the demarcation point. If the customer would like additional technical services Rainy Day will charge $85 per hour plus materials. The Technician, Support or the Technical Services Manager will inform the customer before billable work commences.

The hourly feeincludes travel time from the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway.
If you are located inside the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway, you are charged for the time the technician is on-site.

Online, Phone, On-site and In-shop Support

We support everything we sell, from installation of hardware to software support. On-site appointments can be scheduled with a technician or hardware can be dropped off at our office for repair. We also offer complete training including group, one-on-one and on site.

Ongoing computer and/or network problems can cause frustration, lost productivity and anxiety. Our experienced technicians work with you to identify the issues and the best way to resolve them.

We can solve most issues over the phone and online. If more work is needed you can bring the equipment into the lab, or a technician can visit your business in person.

Warranty

New hardware carries a 90 day warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty may extend the warranty past one year.
